Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kioni Skin. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days(excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues. For most domestic deliveries Kioni Skin uses Australia Post. 

A $9.95 redelivery fee will apply for the following reasons:

- Entering an incorrect address at checkout, causing your order to be sent back to us.
- Not picking up your item from the post office or courier depot, causing your order to be sent back to us.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided or directly through the carrier’s website.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Kioni Skin is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
