Refund policy
Our customers are our highest priority, so if you you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date, please reach out to us at hello@kioniskin.com so we can help to resolve any issues that you may have.
If the products should cause an adverse reaction, irritation or you would like a refund please do the following:
- Email us at hello@kioniskin.com letting us know you would like a refund, together with a photo/video, a detailed description of the issue, and your order number.
- Put the products in the mailer box you received it in, a note indicating your order number and the reason for return, & mail to:

- Please ensure any leaky products are placed in sealed bags so they don't leak in transit
- We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and insure your shipment, as you assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods whilst in transit
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment
- Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds will also not be offered on sale items, sample-sized products, or accessories, unless they are deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
If a refund is deemed appropriate under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law, we will accept returns and provide you with an exchange, credit note or refund (at your election), using your original payment method. However, we reserve the right not to offer a credit note, exchange, or refund where the goods have become of unacceptable quality as a result of your misuse, damage or neglect.
