Returns Policy

Kioni Skin offers a 30-day return and refund policy. We want you to love your products, so if you have any concerns please contact us at hello@kioniskin.com and we can help to resolve any issues you may have.

If you are eligible for a return, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please retain your proof of purchase/order number.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to be credited to your account.

When returning faulty or leaky bottles, please make sure they are sealed in a plastic bag so they don't leak in transit.

Please note that original shipping charges will not be refunded.
